Why this day exists
Yesterday's noticeboard speaks, but it cannot listen.
A visitor can read which tools are available, yet must leave the page to request one.
Putting empty rectangles beside labels looks like a form. It is not enough. The browser needs to know what each answer is called, which answers belong together, and when an answer is unacceptable.
Today the noticeboard becomes an equipment-loan request desk.
